Recovery Nurses
Advantage Healthcare is looking to recruit experienced recovery nurses to work in an NHS setting in the Ealing area.
As part of the role applicants will be required to care for patients post operatively and will be taking observations and Checking the patients’ condition before returning to the ward. Applicants should have solid medical and surgical skills.
Palliative Care Workers
Advantage Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced palliative care workers for work within the community. You will be responsible for delivering care to terminally ill adults in the Ealing and surrounding areas. The ability to get to shifts in an individual’s home is essential and previous experience with terminally ill patients is an advantage.
To be successful you will need to be self motivated and be able to work on your own initiative.
Duties will include:
- Adhering to all aspects of individually tailored care plans
- Documenting actions taken
- Ensuring clients are kept comfortable and supported in their home environment

Operating Hours
We operate a 24hr service, seven days a week from the branch with office opening hours between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Successful applicants will have previous experience working in home support environments and young children with learning disabilities.
